Why it's free

Money should never be the reason someone skips it

Most manual handling training available to warehouse workers is either accredited, paid and scheduled, or generic content written for offices and hospitals. Someone starting a casual pick-pack job on Monday has had nowhere free to learn the basics before their first shift. This course exists to be that place.

The optional certificate is priced to cover what it costs to issue, email and keep verifiable, and it is only offered after you've passed. You will never be asked to pay to see your score, to retry, or to keep learning.

Yes. All eight modules and the 20-question assessment are free, with no account and no payment details required. You can complete the whole thing, see your score and stop there without paying anything.

There isn't one. The only paid item is an optional Certificate of Completion for $39 AUD, offered after you pass for people who want a record for an employer. It is never required, and the site never asks for card details before that point.

No. The course runs in your browser and saves your progress on your device. You only give us your name and email if you choose to buy a certificate.

The content follows the same risk factors and control approach as Safe Work Australia's Model Code of Practice: Hazardous Manual Tasks, with warehouse examples throughout, and the assessment is scenario-based rather than definitions. It is awareness training, not accredited training, and it says so on every page.

No. It is non-accredited general awareness training. Warehouse Handling Academy is not a Registered Training Organisation, and this course is not HLTWHS005 or any other nationally recognised unit. Accredited units are paid courses run by RTOs.

Yes, it works on any phone, tablet or computer browser. The modules take about an hour in total and the assessment about ten minutes. Stop and resume whenever you like.
