Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to your use of the Warehouse Handling Academy website, training, assessment and optional Certificate of Completion. By using this site, you agree to these terms.
The website and training
Warehouse Handling Academy provides free online warehouse manual handling awareness training and a free final assessment. No account or payment is required to complete the training or the assessment.
The optional Certificate of Completion
After passing the free assessment, you may optionally purchase a Certificate of Completion for a one-time fee of $39 AUD. The certificate confirms only that you completed this website's training content and passed this website's assessment on the date shown on the certificate.
This is general, non-accredited awareness training. It is not nationally recognised training, it does not issue a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment, and it is not an RTO-issued qualification. Nothing on this website implies government approval, accreditation, licensing, or certification of competency. We do not guarantee that any employer, regulator, industry body or other third party will accept or recognise this certificate for any purpose. Always check your employer's or site's specific training requirements.
You are responsible for providing accurate information (including your name and email address) when requesting a certificate. Certificates are generated using the details you provide and we are not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate information supplied by you.
Payment
The certificate fee is a one-time payment of $39 AUD. See our Refund Policy for information about refunds.

All training content, text, design, branding and certificate templates on this website belong to Warehouse Handling Academy or its licensors, unless otherwise stated. You may use the training content for your own personal learning, but you may not copy, reproduce, resell, redistribute or create derivative works from it without our written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information to obtain a certificate
- Attempt to alter, forge or falsify a certificate or verification record
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the website
- Use the website for any unlawful purpose

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be excluded under Australian law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
