How team packs work
- How does it work?
- You buy a pack and get one code per certificate. Each worker does the free course and the free assessment as normal, and when they pass they enter a code instead of paying. Their certificate is issued immediately, with their own name and a unique verifiable ID.
- Do the codes expire?
- No. A code sits unused until someone redeems it, however long that takes. If you buy ten and use six this year, the other four are still there next year.
- Can I see who has used them?
- Yes. Your codes page shows each code, whether it has been redeemed, and the name on the certificate it became. You can download the lot as a CSV for your training records.
- Do I need an account?
- No. Your codes page is reached by a private link we email you when the payment clears. Keep that email — it is the only way back to your codes.
- Is the training itself free for my team?
- Yes, and it stays free whether you buy anything or not. The eight modules and the 20-question assessment cost nothing and need no account. You are only paying for the certificates.
- Is it accredited?
- No. This is non-accredited workplace awareness training. It is not nationally recognised training, not an RTO qualification, not HLTWHS005, and it does not issue a Statement of Attainment. It supplements your site induction and supervision rather than replacing them.
