• Your assessment results (score, pass/fail status, and completion date)
• Certificate records, including the unique certificate ID issued to you
• Transaction records relating to the optional $39 AUD certificate purchase
• When you place an order, how you reached the site: the website that referred you (for example a search engine), the page you arrived on and any campaign tags in that link
• Basic usage and analytics data collected automatically while you browse the site

Course training and the final assessment can be completed without providing any personal details. We only ask for your name and email if you choose to purchase a Certificate of Completion.

• To generate and issue your Certificate of Completion
• To allow certificates to be verified online by employers or other third parties
• To process payment for the optional certificate
• To operate, maintain and improve the website and training content
• To respond to support enquiries sent to us

We use Microsoft Clarity, a web analytics tool, to help us understand how visitors use this website (for example, page views and general interaction patterns). Clarity may use cookies and similar technologies to collect this information. This data is used to improve the site and is not used to identify you personally. Payment for the optional Certificate of Completion is intended to be processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. Card and payment details are handled directly by Stripe and are not collected or stored on our servers.

Transactional emails (such as certificate confirmations) are intended to be delivered through Resend, a third-party email delivery provider, using only the information necessary to send that email (such as your name and email address).

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect the information we hold, including using reputable infrastructure providers and restricting access to data. However, no method of storage or transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We rely on trusted third-party providers to operate this website, including:

• Cloudflare, for website hosting and our certificate database
• Microsoft Clarity, for website analytics
• Stripe, for future certificate payment processing
• Resend, for future transactional email delivery

These providers only receive the information reasonably necessary to perform their function and are not permitted to use it for unrelated purposes.

This site may use cookies or similar local storage technologies for basic functionality (such as remembering your training progress in your browser) and for analytics as described above.
