Questions
- How long does the course take?
- About 55 minutes across 8 short modules. Your progress is saved on your device, so you can stop and come back.
- What if I fail the assessment?
- Review the modules and try again. Retries are unlimited and free, and a certificate you have already bought waits until you pass.
- Can I skip the course and go straight to the assessment?
- Yes. If you already know the basics, take the 20-question assessment now — it takes about 5 minutes. Either way you pay $39 only once you have passed.
- Will my employer accept it?
- It is a Certificate of Completion with a unique ID your employer can verify online. Many warehouse employers accept awareness training for induction and refreshers; if yours requires accredited (RTO) training, check before you buy.
This is non-accredited general awareness training and does not issue a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment. Always confirm your employer's specific training requirements.
